Eric Herrera is Co-Owner of ERTH Beverage Company, a Garden City based non-alcoholic beverage company that champions local farmers and food producers in Idaho. He grew up fishing and crabbing in the coastal islands of Charleston, South Carolina. While studying culinary arts and working in the fine dining restaurants of Charleston (what he deems the best food city in America), Eric saw the beginning of the local food movement. Late nights in those swampy Carolina kitchens got him thinking about sustainable seafood and that led him to pursue a degree in Conservation and Fisheries Biology. In 2009, Eric moved to Boise for a job with Idaho Fish and Game. Learning to fly fish on the rivers of Idaho got him thinking about beer and that led him to pursue a career in Craft Brewing. After 8 years of craft beer, Eric started thinking about non-alcoholic beverages, what he is doing today!
